What makes inflowence incense different?
Our incense is charcoal-free, handcrafted, and designed to support all rituals — whether you're grounding, decompressing, or refocusing. We prioritize clean, balanced aromas, safe for sensitive breathers and shared spaces.
Are your incense sticks safe for people and our furry friends?
As someone who lives with asthma and a cat, this was non-negotiable. Our incense is formulated without harsh fillers or synthetic smoke enhancers. That said, sensitivity varies by person, so we always recommend trying a small amount in a well-ventilated space first.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship across Canada and the U.S. Shipping is free on orders over $60. While we don’t offer international shipping just yet, we’re actively working on it—stay tuned!
When will my order ship?
We typically process orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that shipping times may vary slightly during busy periods or holidays.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is on its way, you'll get a tracking link by email. You can also log into your customer account (if you created one at checkout) to check your order status anytime.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Because our incense is a sensory product, we’re unable to accept returns once opened. However, if something arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, please reach out — we’ll always make it right.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to update your shipping address, change an item, or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible.
If the order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate the change. Once it ships, we’re unable to make changes — but we’re always here to help if something goes wrong.
