About Us
What began as a personal ritual to slow down and reconnect became a brand rooted in intentional living. We craft charcoal-free incense with care — for moments of grounding, inner peace, and uplift — made for those navigating a fast-paced world and seeking to reclaim their contentment, clarity, and authenticity.

The Blueprint I Didn’t Choose
I was following the blueprint — the one drawn by parents, teachers, and the quiet expectations of society. I graduated from one of the top universities in Canada and landed a great job in Big 4 management consulting. I was leading project teams, solving business problems, delivering outcomes, and supporting business development. Everything looked like it was on track. But under the surface, I was quietly unraveling.
The stress was constant. So was the anxiety. I was climbing the leaderboard — hitting goals, collecting titles — but I never stopped to ask if this was a game I would’ve chosen for myself, or if it was even worth playing.
The bigger the paycheck, the more I spent — Michelin dinners, Chanel bags, weekend getaways — anything to justify the pressure. But none of it brought lasting ease, only brief distractions.
At some point, in the middle of all the noise and motion, I paused. I knew how to meet deadlines, how to hit targets, how to keep going. But contentment? I hadn’t met her in years.

The Shift
The pause was the beginning of many things. I didn’t quit overnight. But I started carving out quiet moments — lighting incense during meditation, catching up on books I never had time for, taking slow walks without my phone, breathing deeper than I had in years.
Incense, especially, became more than just aroma. I’d sit quietly as the smoke danced and drifted, never in the same shape twice — subtle, unpredictable. Just like my thoughts. It became a ritual — a way to reconnect with myself.
That quiet ritual — incense, breath, space — became something I returned to again and again. And the more I did, the more I wondered: Why don’t we give ourselves more moments like this?
That question stayed with me.

Why inflowence
inflowence was born from the realization that so many of us are living disconnected from ourselves in today’s fast-paced world. High-achieving. High-functioning. Deeply exhausted.
Not just in consulting, but across every industry where success is measured by achievements, promotions, salary, and social status — not by contentment or what actually feels good.
I didn’t create inflowence to reject ambition. I created it to help you reclaim clarity and authenticity — so you can feel like yourself again.
- That might mean lighting incense before your first meeting, so you start the day with presence instead of pressure.
- Or taking five minutes after work to pause and reset, instead of jumping into the next task.
- Or treating it as a Sunday morning ritual — incense, tea, your journal — asking yourself what you actually need, not just what’s expected.
Sometimes clarity starts small — with breath, with intention, with the simple act of coming back to yourself.
Because the most important work you do might not be in your calendar — it might be in your breath, your pause, your quiet return to presence.

Products Crafted with Intention
As someone who lives with asthma and shares space with a cat, I became deeply aware of what I was burning. I avoided synthetic fragrances, overpowering smoke, or incense that triggered headaches, throat irritation, or nausea. I wanted something clean, grounding, and beautiful — something that could support my rituals, not disrupt them.
That’s why every inflowence stick is:
- Handcrafted with love
- Thoughtfully formulated to be gentle, not overwhelming
- Charcoal-free for a cleaner burn
- Packaged in recyclable materials — because care extends to the planet too
Whether you use it for a morning reset, a meditation companion, or an exhale at the end of the day, you can trust that it’s crafted with intention — for breath, for balance, for people like you.
