"I have asthma, and I share my home with a cat. Every ingredient decision is personal — not just a brand claim. If it isn't clean enough to burn in my own home, it doesn't make it into the product."

A note on burning incense around pets.

Burn in a well-ventilated room

Even the cleanest incense produces some smoke. A slightly open window or door allows air to circulate naturally, prevents smoke from concentrating in one spot, and actually helps the scent move through your space more evenly.

Good ventilation is the single most important thing you can do for both your pet and your own experience.

Let your pet choose to stay or leave

Animals are instinctively good at telling you what they need — don't close the door on that. Keep the room accessible so your pet can come and go freely during and after burning.

If they choose to leave, let them. If they stay, that's a good sign the environment feels comfortable to them.

Avoid burning next to your pet's resting area

Your pet's bed, favourite corner, or usual resting spot is where they spend the most time breathing. Burning incense directly next to these areas means concentrated exposure over time.

Keep some distance — burning on a shelf or table across the room is ideal, letting the scent diffuse naturally before it reaches their space.

Consult your vet if your pet has respiratory sensitivities

Every animal is different. If your pet has a history of asthma, allergies, sneezing, or any respiratory condition, check with your vet before introducing any new scented product into your home — including inflowence.

Our formula is as clean as we can make it, but individual sensitivities vary and your vet knows your pet best.

If your pet seems uncomfortable

Extinguish the incense immediately and ventilate the room. Signs to watch for include sneezing, watery eyes, coughing, or restlessness.

These are your pet's way of communicating — always listen.
